Packaging & Labeling
All packaging includes key information such as product name, specifications, net content, ingredients, production date, expiration date, production license number, and execution standard. Imported items are affixed with Chinese labels as required.

Product Quality
EHDOC ensures every product meets national and industry standards. From raw materials to finished goods, each stage undergoes rigorous quality control. Products are accompanied by third-party quality reports.

Efficacy Claims
All efficacy claims are backed by research. Supporting data or evaluation results can be accessed via official government channels, giving consumers full transparency.

II. Usage Instructions & Safety

How to Use
Usage methods, application order, and frequency are provided on product pages and instruction leaflets. For example, apply serum after toner and massage until absorbed. Follow exact instructions to ensure optimal results.

Special Care Products

Limitation of Liability

IV. Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return
Unopened items in resellable condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Opened items may be returned if they exhibit quality issues such as spoilage, broken seals, or mismatched descriptions.

Non-Quality Returns
Opened products without defects may be eligible for partial return if at least 90% of the product remains and packaging is intact. Customers will bear shipping costs.

Quality Issues
If a product defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or other resolution at your discretion.
